1. Product

Q: What processes and resins are your masterbatch suitable for?

A: Our black masterbatch is suitable for injection molding, blown film, extrusion, 

wire drawing, pipe, and other processes. 

Carrier resins include PE, PP, ABS, PS, PC,PET,PA &etc. Custom solutions are available for specific resin grades.

Q: What is the carbon black content range? Can it be customized?

A: Standard carbon black content ranges from 10% to 50%. 

Custom concentrations can be formulated based on your application requirements and cost targets.

Q: What is the pellet form like? Will it affect automatic feeding systems?

A: Our pellets are uniform with excellent flowability, minimal dust, and no sticking issues. 

They are fully compatible with automatic dosing and metering systems.

2. Quality

Q: Can you provide a Technical Data Sheet (TDS)?

A: Yes. A TDS including Melt Index, density, moisture content, ash content, 

and carbon black content is provided with samples or formal quotations.

Q: Do you accept third-party inspection?

A: Fully supported. We can arrange inspection by accredited agencies such as SGS or TÜV. 

Costs are negotiable depending on the cooperation stage.

Q: How to ensure stable quality?

A: We have advanced testing equiments and strict testing team who test the production per 2hours.

3. Price

Q: What is your quotation basis?

A: We provide USD pricing on either FOB main China port or CIF destination ports.

Prices include standard packaging and export customs clearance fees.

Q: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? 

A: Standard grades MOQ is 100kgs. 

But considering the export cost,we would recommend at least 1 ton.

How every,for masterbatch,5tons will be more economic LCL shipment. 

Q: What payment terms are available for first-time cooperation?

A: We accept T/T (deposit with balance paid against copy of Bill of Lading) or at sight L/C. 

Credit terms may be considered after a period of stable cooperation.

4. Delivery

Q: What is the typical production lead time?

A: For a standard order (approx. 10–12 tons per 20' container), 

production is completed within 7–15 working days after receipt of deposit.

Q: How do you ensure on-time delivery?

A: Our on-time delivery rate exceeds 98%. 

We maintain stable raw material supply and have backup production capacity. 

Any potential delays are communicated immediately with proposed solutions.

Q: How long does sample delivery take?

A: Free samples are dispatched within 2–3 working days after order confirmation. 

Shipping costs are negotiable.

5. Certification

Q: Can you provide certificates of origin for Importing?

A: Yes. We can issue both CO (Certificate of Origin) and Form E 

under the ASEAN-China Free Trade Agreement to help you benefit from reduced import duties.
